Hillary Johnston is the Business Development Manager at Bridge Barn Consulting Inc. and joined the company in 2024.

 

Hillary has worked with various levels of government including Canada’s federal departments, provincial ministries, municipal and Indigenous governments and communities. Hillary has experience working with organizations and teams during periods of change, transformation and expansion, and thrives when supporting teams as they enhance services and work together to get better every day. Hillary has a passion for increasing access and quality of public services that support people and improve lives. Hillary has worked with Métis communities and governments in Ontario and British Columbia supporting initiatives to improve public education systems.

Hillary is a nature lover, whose interests include hiking, camping, walking her dog, trail running, and practicing yoga. As a lifelong learning, Hillary has a passion for reading and exploring the arts.
