Continuous Improvement Education, Coaching and Support

We are passionate about supporting organizations to develop greater skill and ability to incorporate a continuous improvement way of thinking into every day operations. Through teaching and coaching, Bridge Barn supports teams to collectively address challenging work situations using continuous improvement mindset and various available tools.  Continuous improvement work is transferable and relevant to all service organizations.

Accreditation Support

We support health organizations in their quest to pursue an "accredited" status with accrediting agencies.  Support can take several forms including, coaching, hands-on assessment, policy development, group facilitation, and team building.

Program/ Health Centre Evaluation

Bridge Barn is able to perform basic program and organization evaluation - including 5-Year Evaluations required by FNHA and Health Canada.

Community Health Plan Development

We work together with health organizations to support community health planning - including Community Health Plans required for submission as part of contribution agreements with FNHA and Health Canada.

Strategic Planning

We work with our clients to support long-term visioning and direction setting.

Policy and Procedure Development

Bridge Barn is skilled and experienced in developing nursing and administration policies and procedures.  These are always co-created with staff to ensure local relevance and ownership of the policies by the staff who work with them.
